hey guys whats up just saying hi, for those of you who dont know me i joined 6 years ago and stopped playing 2 years ago and wow it's been a heck of a time since then.

i came back here just to see whats changed and look through some of my old posts to get a heavy dose of cringe,

just saying hi (not coming back or anything so dont get ur hopes up)

if anyone here is around my age (16) and wants to make music or something hmu. I'm not sure how we'd do it because I only play guitar (a little piano) and have no experience with DAWs but I plan to invest in one soon once I can afford it. also i got tendonitis and have had it for 3 months now so idk lol. especially hmu if u live in the central valley (Fresno, modesto area)

thnx guys cya

Oh man I'm so far from that area. :(
But I just recently picked up Ukulele!
Bummer you're not coming back, but it was great to hear from you again, Gib!
And I hope that Tendinitis clears up, that doesn't sound too pleasant. :(
Take it easy. :)

Ey man, rock on with those music skills. Been playing guitar for about a year now, but I've been too busy with school lately to get much done. Hope your tendinitis stuff gets better soon, I dunno what that is but I don't think that I'd want to have it.

Ahh I'm pretty musical but am a couple hours from you. Still, good luck with the music stuff! And hopefully the tendonitis gets better. I had it a couple years back in my wrist and it still causes problems for me :/

that really sucks. I have it in my forearm and outer elbow. Feels like it's on fire when I strum guitar. I have to do the tiniest picking motion with just one string (my arm cannot move one bit) and even that can get irritating after a while. I'm putting the guitar away for a month just to see what'll happen, hopefully it'll help my arm get better when I'm not tempted to play everyday.
What are you doing for your tendonitis??
Went to a physical therapist, followed his commands religiously, only got a little better. so I went to a Sports medicine doctor who said that the PT was giving me muscle building exercises, and I needed strength exercises (higher weight less reps) and told me to do some deadlifts, squats, and bench press, for a few months and it should get better. So that's what I'll start doing. If that doesn't work my expensive options are (in order) 1) prolotherapy (new treatment, so not much research, but shows promise. but it takes months) 2) surgery (also takes months to recover, and sometimes isn't successful) 3) find something else to do

I downloaded the demo of Reaper and am learning how to use that since tendinitis won't be a problem for me as a producer. Plus it'd be cool to dip into electronic music since it's a completely different genre than I usually play. plus I'm taking my singing lessons more seriously now that I can't play guitar all day.
mind sending me some links of your performances? I'd love to listen.

I'm close to Modesto but have no musical skills at all. See ya around Gib.
